1. Description of Platform
Kite provides the infrastructure for creators to list and sell digital assets. We facilitate the transaction through Stripe Connect. When a purchase occurs, the contract is strictly between the buyer and the seller.
2. Payments and Payouts
Payments are processed via Stripe. Kite deducts a 5% platform fee at the moment of transaction. Funds are routed directly to the seller's connected Stripe account. Kite does not hold or delay seller funds.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
- Sellers represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary licenses for all content uploaded.
- Kite does not pre-screen or monitor content. We reserve the right to remove assets that violate copyright laws or local regulations upon verified report.
4. Refund Policy
As digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are typically non-refundable. Buyers must contact the seller directly for refund requests. If a seller is unresponsive or fraudulent, buyers should initiate a dispute through Stripe.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kite shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or the inability to use the service, including unauthorized access to your digital assets.
